Staff are available for calliper body fat testing before you commence NO Fat Feb and for retesting at the completion. Calliper body fat helps to give a clear indication of fat loss but is not compulsory. Don’t hesitate to ask our staff what a calliper test entails if you have any concerns. This test is not compulsory.
